Yes. Your first career counselling session is free of charge, whether you meet us in person at Kollam or Bengaluru, or speak with a counsellor by phone or WhatsApp. If you later ask us to support an application, we will explain clearly beforehand whether any institution or government fees apply.

No. Admission decisions are made by each institution according to its own eligibility rules, entrance tests and seat availability. What we do is assess your profile honestly, shortlist programmes where you have a realistic chance, prepare a complete application and follow up until a decision is issued. We do not promise outcomes.

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

A counsellor acknowledges your enquiry and contacts you, usually within one working day, to understand your academic profile and goals. We then arrange a counselling session, after which you receive a shortlist of suitable programmes and institutions with clear notes on eligibility, timelines and documents.

Which cities do you place students in?

We place students in Kerala itself and in Bengaluru, Chennai and Mangaluru, working with universities and colleges across engineering, computer applications, management, commerce, science, arts, media, law and allied health. We also guide students heading to the UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Germany and France.

Yes, and we encourage it. Most decisions about course, city and budget involve the whole family, so having parents present means questions about fees, hostels, safety and travel are answered in one conversation. Sessions can be held in person or over a video call at a time that suits everyone.

Eligibility depends on the institution and programme: typically your Plus Two or degree marks, the subjects you studied and, for some programmes, an entrance test. During profile assessment we compare your record with each institution's published criteria and tell you plainly where you meet them and where you may need an alternative.

Fees vary widely by institution, programme and city, and they change from year to year. Rather than publish figures that may be out of date, we confirm current tuition and hostel costs with the institution during counselling and give you a written estimate you can plan around.

Many institutions offer merit scholarships or fee concessions based on Plus Two or entrance marks, and some offer support for sports or specific categories. We tell you which scholarships you may be eligible for and help you apply, but scholarships are awarded by the institution and cannot be assured in advance.

We provide guidance on education loans: which documents banks usually ask for, how admission letters and fee structures are used, and how to sequence the loan application with the admission timeline. Loan approval rests with the bank; we do not act as a lender or agent.

Merit-based admissions at colleges can conclude within a few weeks of the application window opening, while universities with entrance tests follow a schedule of test, results and counselling that runs over two to three months. We map the timeline for each shortlisted institution so nothing is missed.

Do you help with student visas?

For students considering study abroad, we provide guidance on the visa route, the documents required and the sequence of steps after an offer. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authority, and we never promise approval. Government and embassy fees are paid by the student.

When should I start planning for study abroad?

Ideally 10 to 12 months before your intended intake. That allows time for English language tests, applications, offers, funding arrangements and the visa process without rushing. If you are closer to the intake than that, contact us anyway; we will tell you candidly what is still realistic.
