Is counselling at AceLogic free?

Yes. Your first career counselling session is free of charge, whether you meet us in person at Kollam or Bengaluru, or speak with a counsellor by phone or WhatsApp. If you later ask us to support an application, we will explain clearly beforehand whether any institution or government fees apply.

Does AceLogic guarantee admission?

No. Admission decisions are made by each institution according to its own eligibility rules, entrance tests and seat availability. What we do is assess your profile honestly, shortlist programmes where you have a realistic chance, prepare a complete application and follow up until a decision is issued. We do not promise outcomes.

How do I book a counselling session?

Use the booking form on this website, call us on +91 88910 75220, or send a WhatsApp message with your name, current class or degree and the discipline you are considering. We reply within one working day and confirm a time that suits you and your parents, in person or online.

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

A counsellor acknowledges your enquiry and contacts you, usually within one working day, to understand your academic profile and goals. We then arrange a counselling session, after which you receive a shortlist of suitable programmes and institutions with clear notes on eligibility, timelines and documents.

Which cities do you place students in?

We place students in Kerala itself and in Bengaluru, Chennai and Mangaluru, working with universities and colleges across engineering, computer applications, management, commerce, science, arts, media, law and allied health. We also guide students heading to the UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Germany and France.

Can my parents join the counselling session?

Yes, and we encourage it. Most decisions about course, city and budget involve the whole family, so having parents present means questions about fees, hostels, safety and travel are answered in one conversation. Sessions can be held in person or over a video call at a time that suits everyone.
