Study in India
Studying in Kerala keeps students close to home, with state universities and their colleges, engineering and health-sciences colleges, and private and deemed universities across the state. AceLogic helps families choose a Kerala programme as carefully as one in Bengaluru or abroad: the right course, the admission route that applies and the full cost.

Cost of living
Hostel or paying-guest accommodation with meals typically costs approximately ₹6,000–15,000 per month depending on the city and facilities, excluding tuition, with Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram at the upper end. Many students live at home or travel home at weekends, which lowers the total cost further.

City guide
Staying in Kerala keeps a student close to family, food and language, and usually lowers the total cost of a degree. The state, officially Keralam since August 2026, has state universities and their affiliated colleges, government and self-financing engineering colleges, nursing and allied health colleges, and deemed universities such as Amrita, alongside national institutes including NIT Calicut, IIT Palakkad, IIM Kozhikode and IISER Thiruvananthapuram.
Each course has its own route and calendar:
A counsellor maps the route, dates and documents for your course so that nothing is missed.
