About
Srinivas Institute of Technology was established in 2006 by the A. Shama Rao Foundation and is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), with degrees awarded by VTU. The campus at Valachil lies off the Mangaluru–Bengaluru highway, about 15 kilometres from the city centre, with hostels on site.
The college offers B.E. in computer science and engineering, information science, electronics and communication, mechanical, civil, aeronautical, automobile and marine engineering, along with M.Tech, MBA and MCA. Admission to B.E. is through Karnataka state counselling (KCET), COMEDK and the management quota as permitted, and the institute is a moderate-cost option for Kerala students seeking a VTU engineering degree close to home.
We review your profile and entrance scores, explain the admission routes available to out-of-state students, guide you through the application and documents, and follow up with the college until a decision is issued.
