About
St Aloysius College was founded by the Society of Jesus in 1880 and is one of the oldest higher education institutions in coastal Karnataka. Its main campus on Light House Hill in central Mangaluru is known for the St Aloysius Chapel and its heritage buildings, and it became St Aloysius (Deemed to be University) in 2024. A second campus at Kotekar, south of the city, houses the institute of management and information technology.
Programmes include BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Voc and social work at undergraduate level, with M.Sc, MA, M.Com, MBA, MCA and MSW among postgraduate options. The institution has a long-standing reputation for commerce and computer applications and a large student community from Kerala. Admission is merit-based through the university's own application process.
We review your profile, shortlist suitable St Aloysius programmes, guide you through the application and documents, and follow up with admissions until a decision is issued.
